KUWAIT CITY, Oct 20: An unidentified female employee of an unidentified hotel in Sharq has filed a complaint with the Sharq Police Station accusing an Egyptian guest of attempting to molest her, reports Al-Rai daily.
It has been reported the woman works for the Housekeeping Department and the man had called her to clean his room.
When the worker went to the room the man had just stepped out of the bath and he allegedly tried to molest her. The worker escaped from the room and complained to the management.
3 hit with flu: Three female employees of the office of the Minister of Electricity and Water Dr Bader Al-Shuraiaan have been infected with the H1N1 virus, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
As a precautionary measure the minister’s office has been sterilized.
Vice den raided: Acting on information police recently raided an apartment in Sabahiya and busted a ring of Asian prostitutes and referred to the authorities, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
Also arrested during the raid are the caretaker of the building, some pleasure seekers and pimps.
Smuggling diesel: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) personnel have arrested seven Pakistanis for smuggling subsidized diesel into Iraq and selling it for huge profits, reports Arrouiah daily.
The daily quoting security sources said the CID acting on information laid a trap for the men and caught them red-handed. They have been referred to the authorities.
