Kuwait : An Egyptian man, identified only as Hani, was shocked when he discovered KD 700,000 had been credited to his Visa, reports Al-Rai daily.
Hani, says although he is aware his credit is limited to KD 400, he was certain there was a mistake and informed the concerned bank, although he could have withdrawn the money and left for his home country.

Road ‘baqalas’ shut: The Ahmadi police in cooperation with teams from the Kuwait Municipality launched a comprehensive campaign in Julai’a and confiscated four pre-fabricated groceries and impounded 13 buggies, reports Al-Qabas daily.

Sponsor detained: The remains of an unidentified Asian maid who died upon arrival at the Jahra hospital has been referred to Forensics, reports Al-Rai daily.
The sponsor said he rushed the maid to the hospital when he found her in critical condition in her room.
Meanwhile, police have detained the sponsor for interrogation.

Beating depression: A 33-year old Egyptian woman who took an overdose of pills to beat depression was rushed to the Adan Hospital for treatment, reports Al-Rai daily.
A case of suicide attempt has been registered against the woman.
