ISIL making ‘lacks logic’

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 4: Lecturer in the International Law Department at Kuwait University Dr Ali Al-Dosari has conducted a study entitled, “Formation of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIL) in View of the International Law”, reports Al-Qabas daily.

According to the study, the ideology behind the formation of the ISIL is not based on the international law and the Islamic Sharia. It is a strange concept as far as the international community and Islamic ideology are concerned.

The study indicated that the idea behind the ISIL lacks four vital components which warrant the establishment of a State.

The first component is stable geographical region which the ISIL lacks due to its eagerness to expand its territory whenever it gets the opportunity.

Second is the element of having residents (population) but the so-called ISIL residents said they have to pledge allegiance to the ‘Caliphate rule’; otherwise, they will face execution.
