Municipality team lifts 40 abandoned vehicles Traffic officers issue 663 citations, seize 94 vehicles

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 30: An inspection team from Capital Municipality in a recent campaign at Al-Rai and Shuwaikh Industrial Area lifted 40 abandoned vehicles from public areas to seizure garages. The team issued 72 citations for public hygiene and lifted 12 trailers of waste, including six big tractors for plank and furniture and six small tractors. The team was led by supervisor of Public Sanitation Meshal Al-Azmi, assistant supervisor Salah Al-Farhan, along with a number of officials.

Traffic officers issue 663 citations, seize 94 vehicles: KUWAIT CITY, Aug 30: Director of Ahmadi Traffic Department Brigadier Salman Al- Mez’al says his department collaborated with Ahmadi Municipality to launch campaigns in Fahaheel Industrial Area, Jaber Al-Ali, Abu Halifa and Mahboula areas, reports Al- Seyassah daily. He explained that securitymen issued 482 indirect and 181 direct citations, and seized 94 vehicles out of which 68 were displayed in public places for sale. Meanwhile, the Public Relations and Security Media Department at Ministry of Interior revealed that security campaigns will continue in all governorates, as holding such campaigns is part of the ministry’s strategies and efforts to maintain law and order in the country. The department indicated that the Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic Affairs at the ministry Major General Abdullah Al-Muhanna had issued directives to launch such campaigns throughout the country
