Chaos in police station

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 27: Securitymen were able to control two youths who incited chaos in the cell of Taima police station after they were arrested in possession of narcotic pills, reports Al-Seyassah daily. A security source said the two suspects tried to cause confusion in the cell by screaming, and one of them tried to attack a securitymen who tried to calm them down, with the purpose of letting his friend escape. The officers are said to have controlled suspects and taken necessary legal action against them. Meanwhile, the source refuted recent news circulating on the social networking sites about two inmates escaping from Taima police station after causing commotion there

Police officer insulted: An Iranian woman humiliated a police officer at Salmiya Police Station when the latter asked her to wait to register a case. According to security sources, the woman went to the police station to lodge a complaint when the officer of rank ‘Captain’ asked her to sit and wait for her turn. However, the situation became intense when the woman started insulting the officer using uncouth words. The officer registered a case against the woman and referred it to the concerned authority for legal procedure against the woman. Meanwhile, police officers of South Surra Police Station filed a case against two brothers who attacked an inspector and two police officers. Sources said the brothers were at the police station to report a fight that took place between them. However, an argument broke out between them at the station, which eventually escalated into a physical fight. When officers tried to separate the feuding brothers, they turned on the officers and attacked them.
