KUWAIT CITY, Aug 23: Assistant Undersecretary for Mosques Affairs at Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Walid Al-Shueib declined to respond when Al-Seyassah newspaper asked for information on the number of unlicensed mosques and budgets allotted by the ministry for the expenditure of muezzins and imams, libraries, furniture, and overall services and tenders of the mosques, reports al- Seyassah daily.
