5 Syrians face deportation for violating Kuwait’s security law CID officers hunt culprit who fired at MP’s house

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 9: The Criminal Investigation Department is on the verge of deporting five Syrians for breaking the country’s law by making use of a marriage ceremony to conduct a protest, as they hoisted flags along the Fahaheel Road in relation to the current situation in their homeland. Security operatives attached to Mubarak Al-Kabeer Command were on a patrol when they saw the suspects violating security law and referred them to Sabah Al- Salem Police Station where they admitted the offense. Procedures are on course to conclude their deportation.

Fingerprint sample picked: Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department are continuing on the search for the culprit who fired gunshots at the residence of MP Majid Mousa in Sabah Al-Nasser Area. The officers have picked sample of fingerprint and shells of the bullet found at the scene. Detectives are also in contact with other relevant security agencies to apprehend the suspect.
