Father bails out 14-year old son in family conflict Egyptian dies while praying in mosque

KUWAIT CITY, July 26: The Public Prosecution released a 14-year old boy on bail, which was paid by his father against whom the boy had filed a case. The father denied beating his son but said he scolded him for his lack of interest in education, which provoked the son to hit him. The son filed a case against his father, accusing the latter of beating him because of his low academic performance. However, when the father informed Public Prosecution that his son had hit him, the case was changed to exchange of beatings.
Reportedly, when the father and son stood in front of the Public Prosecutor during interrogations on the family conflict, the father rushed to pay the bail bond for the release of his son when the Public Prosecutor ordered to release the boy on bail.  The defense counsel Attorney Hora Al-Habib said the scene was strange especially since the boy had also accused his grandparents as suspects. When they were summoned to the police station, they started crying about the situation. They said it was their first time inside a police station and they hoped they would never face such a situation again in their lifetime.
