The shifting operations are being carried out at a suitable pace aimed for not disrupting its operations and affecting its clients, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.

The new location in Dajeej will not only include the General Immigration Department as agreed previously, but also other departments of Ministry of Interior such as Farwaniya Traffic Department, General Department for Criminal Evidences and Capital Immigration Department. The buildings currently occupied by these departments in Shuwaikh area will be demolished and rebuilt, after which the departments will be returned to the buildings.
