KUWAIT CITY, July 11: The Public Prosecution has ordered to detain the political activist Abdulhakim Al- Fadhli for ten days in Central Prison. Al-Fadhli has been accused of assaulting the Assistant Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior Major General Mahmoud Al-Dousari. The Public Prosecution also ordered the release of former detective Musab Al-Failakawi on KD 500 bail. Al-Failakawi was dismissed by the Minister of Interior after he leaked his own telephone conversation in which he was heard refusing a bribe of KD 500,000. Meanwhile, Eng.
