KUWAIT CITY, May 27: Severe traffic congestion was experienced on some roads in the country Tuesday, with convoy of vehicles that made the roads appear like parking lots. The Fourth Ring Road and Khalifa bin Zayed Road on the Fifth Ring observed heavy traffic jam.
