KUWAIT CITY, May 19: A young Kuwaiti who is believed to be in his 20s reportedly went to the Palace of Justice and asked people inside the palace if any one of them was interested in marrying his wife for one week only and even offered KD 1,500 for the favor, reports Al-Rai daily.

The man had reportedly divorced his wife three times and according to the principles of Islam he could not re-marry her unless she is married to someone else and the ‘husband’ then divorces her.

Some visitors to the palace did not pay attention to his pleas, while others took it as a joke, laughed and walked away. A bedoun came forward, but the Kuwaiti refused his offer. The daily gave no more details.
