Al-Babtain holds Annual Customer Award Ceremony Group honors loyal Nissan customers in Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, April 10: Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Al-Babtain Company, the sole distributor of Nissan cars in Kuwait, celebrated the success of its key customers at the “Annual Aftersales Customer Award Ceremony Yr. 2013” held at Crown Plaza Hotel, on March 26, 2014. The event was held for the Fifth consecutive year to recognize and thank the loyal customers who patronize “Nissan” in their journey to success on Kuwait roads. Present at the occasion were Mohammad Shalaby, Chief Operating Officer of Al Babtain group, David Graves — Aftersales Director of Nissan Gulf Free Zone Co (NGF) and his team, Business community leaders from different industries, senior officials of the corporate world, government officers and Nissan vehicle owners. All were eager and enthusiastic to cheer the successful and loyal winners in different categories of awards.

Highlighting the importance of such awards Shalaby, COO of Babtain group, said “A company becomes successful due to the continuous support, confidence, trust and loyalty of its customers to its products, services, people and management. It is Al-Babtain group’s long term vision and policy to continuously meet the changing demands of its customers. Our customers’ success is our success, and this event is a token of appreciation to all those loyal & valued Nissan customers. I am confident that we will continuously grow and strengthen this special bond of mutual trust and confidence.” 

Company has taken many initiatives, programs and promotions to reinforce and meet high customer expectations. New models were launched like Nissan Patrol, Nissan Tiida, New Service & Parts Centre opened at locations with easy access, taking the services nearer to many customers, Operating timings for Express service extended to open on Friday at convenient time, Training & certifications programs initiated, Campaign against Non Genuine parts and other Customer promotions were continuously run during the year.

David Graves, Aftersales Director NGF commented “I am really happy to see Nissan Al Babtain grow from strength to strength, year after year. Many Awards were presented in different categories like Best Fleet customers, Best Insurance companies, Best Independent garages, and Best parts wholesalers. All those who contributed to the growth were acknowledged. Company ensures that customer receives extreme care and gets the highest level of customer satisfaction through various touch points of its operations.  Today Nissan owners in Kuwait enjoy excess to the largest aftersales network of 8 service centers and 14 spare parts outlets, highest amongst the automotive industry in the country.
