ABK hosts open day

Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait’s Retail Banking Division recently hosted an open day for their Relationship Officers and Central Sales staff. The open day provided an excellent platform to promote team spirit among employees. At the occasion Stewart Lockie, General Manager, Retail Banking stated, “Development of staff skills in order to provide the highest levels of service is one of ABK’s most important strategic initiatives.

Central Sales staff reflects the image of the Bank; they work together in a spirit of mutual trust, expertise and healthy competition. Backed by the intensive training provided by ABK, they deliver optimum Customer Care, sometimes using creative business and banking techniques to the benefit of the customer.”

Ali Al Sammak, ABK’s Manager, Service Quality mentioned, “At ABK, it is our responsibility to ensure that customer service meets, and even exceeds customer expectations. The Bank continues to develop its human resources, to schedule activities and training courses for employees to achieve this goal and provide the best service to customers. This Open Day helps foster encouragement for our staff to excel in their respective fields of work.”
