Indian ambassador opens ‘IIK EDU EXPO’ in Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, March 28: The Indian Ambassador to Kuwait HE Sunil Jain in presence of well-known personalities Dr Neelamani, Scientist — KISR; Dr Binumon, Principal Indian Community School, and IIK officials inaugurated the ‘IIK EDU EXPO’ an Indian education exhibition at the Al-Murjan Hall of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Farwaniya. The first ever two-day (March 28, March 29) event is being organized by the web portal IndiansinKuwait.com The next event is slated for Saturday, March 29, at the Al-Rayan Hall, Mughal Mahal Hotel, Fahaheel.

The exhibition is open from 10 am to 8:00 pm. “The expo gives a good opportunity for the parents and students seeking admissions to higher education in India. Reputed business schools, medical and engineering colleges and universities in India are participating in the expo to showcase the latest educational opportunities available in India,” say the organizers.

Participating institutes include the Amity University, Manipal University, Nitte University, Birla Institute of Technology and others. This first ever pioneering endeavor from the IndiansinKuwait.com is expected to be a one-stop destination that caters to the needs of young expats in Kuwait. This exhibition gives students an opportunity to meet face-to-face with representatives from Indian universities and institutions directly and ask queries and get advice on their applications and more.
