KUWAIT CITY, Feb 25: Jahra securitymen arrested an unidentified person for the possession of Kalashnikov, pistol, bullets and military uniforms belonging to the Ministry of Interior, as well as identification cards under various names and drug paraphernalia. While patrolling the area, the officers signaled for the suspect to pull over for inspection. When they checked the vehicle, the officers found the abovementioned items; so they referred the man to the concerned security department for the necessary legal action.

Meanwhile, a total of 90 bullet shells were found in Salmi recently and they are believed to be remnants of weapons used during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. Officers from the Executive Engineering Department rushed to the location after receiving information from a Kuwaiti who discovered the bullet shells while having a picnic with his family in the area. The bullet shells were then handed over to the concerned authority for proper handling
