Two sisters blame sibling for stealing Woman missing with KD 45,000 jewelry

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 29: Two Kuwaiti sisters have accused another of stealing their jewelry worth KD 45,000 and disappearing. According to security sources, the two women lodged a complaint at Fintas Police Station against their sister, accusing her of stealing their jewelry. They searched in vain for her and called her on her mobile phone a number of times but it was switched off. Securitymen examined the house to collect evidences and lift fingerprints to determine if their sister was the real culprit. Investigations are ongoing to find and arrest the suspect.

Husband accused: A Kuwaiti lady accused the ex-husband of threatening her with a weapon at the parking lot of a school where she works in Qraiwan, reports Al-Seyassah daily. In her complaint, the lady citizen said the ex-husband was preventing her from moving her vehicle while inquiring about his daughter. He is alleged to have threatened the ex-wife with a weapon. A case was registered and measures have since been taken to invite the suspect for questioning.

37 arrested: Jahra securitymen launched a security campaign in Sulaibiya area during which they arrested 37 violators of law and seized two stolen vehicles. According to security sources, the campaign was launched under the guidance of the Jahra Security Director Major General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah. They affirmed that such security campaigns will continue to be held in all areas of Jahra Governorate to arrest the violators of law.
