Salon owner molested

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: An unidentified Kuwaiti cross dresser involved in a molestation case, has been referred to the concerned authorities, reports Al-Anba daily. According to security sources the suspect went to a beauty parlor and molested the owner of the salon. Meanwhile, the Abdullah Al-Mubarak police have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti man for robbing items worth KD 2 from a grocery along the Seventh Ring Road, reports Al-Anba daily

Police disciplined: In his first act after he was appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior by the Council of Ministers Lt. General Suleiman Al-Fahd has issued a decision seen by observers as a message to discipline police personnel who do not comply with the force regulations and instructions but to the contrary abuse the prestige of the police force, reports Al-Rai daily. Al-Fahd in his decision said many police personnel are not complying with the police force regulations. He was quoted as saying, it has been observed that some police officials sport long hair and moustache and sport beards without permission from their superiors and also do not pay attention to their appearance. Instructions have been given to senior officials in this regard.
