KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: Jahra securitymen arrested a 51-year-old Kuwaiti involved in civil and criminal cases with 70 narcotic pills, four rolls of hashish and two packs of shabu in his possession. While patrolling in Saad Al-Abdullah, the officers noticed the suspicious movement of a vehicle, so they signaled for the motorist — a Kuwaiti — to pull over.
