KFH honors employees for service quality Al-Khateeb praises performance of Golden Club members

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 25: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) honored its employees who are members of the Golden Club because of their efforts and initiatives that help in boosting performance and quality of service; thus polishing KFH’s image and allowing it to offer better services to its clients.  The club that has been existing since 2008, aims to motivate distinguished employees, in order to maintain high level of service for KFH clients. The members of the club were selected based on specific standards that are related to their performance.

Deputy General Manager of Banking Services Department Emad Al-Saraawi stated during the honoring of 13 employees, that the members of the club are a link between their departments and the top management through the meetings organized by Quality Control Department. During those meetings, the remarks and suggestions are taken into consideration to improve the work process. He asserted that KFH takes practical steps to solve any problems, in order to improve the level of service.

Meanwhile, Executive Manager of Quality Control Hossam Al-Khateeb said that the performance of the members of the club during the past year is highly appreciated, and revealed that more members are being selected to participate this year. He explained that this will enrich the work environment and maintain the high level of quality when servicing KFH clients. He underlined the importance of addressing any comments or remarks submitted by clients.

The honored employees submitted a report that includes their suggestions and remarks to develop work in various departments and branches. This report will be submitted to the top management, in order to discuss it in coordination with the concerned departments.
