‘Customs’ foil Bangladeshi’s bid to smuggle in 2-kg marijuana

Stolen items ‘sold’ to owner: Police have arrested two Bedouns for stealing a car in Jahra area with the musical instrument (electronic organ) inside it, reports Al-Anba daily. Security sources said the first suspect tried to sell the item to a shop in Hawalli area, and not knowing he was selling it to the original owner, the man was caught and handed over to the police. He guided the officers to the second accomplice who subsequently led them to the stolen car. The two suspects have since been referred to the concerned authority
