Copper valves worth KD 220,000 stolen

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 11: Police are looking for individuals who stole copper valves worth KD 220,000 from the site of a public project in Jaber Al-Ahmad City. The valves, 200 in all, were designed for the drainage system of the project, reports Al-Anba daily. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprits.

Three stolen cars found: Police are looking for a man who stole three cars and kept them inside a livestock pen at Wafra, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. A security source said the police had gone to the livestock pen to investigate the death of a Jordanian expatriate, which turned out to be of natural causes. The source indicated three cars were found by chance while the officers were investigating the crime scene, and they discovered the cars were reported stolen. A case was registered
