‘Peeping Toms’ held

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 6 : Police have arrested two unidentified ‘peeping Toms’ and handed them over to the concerned authorities, reports Al-Shahed daily. A security source said police on duty caught the suspects using precision night vision goggles to pry on families camping in Jula’aia. During interrogation the youths have admitted to the charge.

Officer robbed: Police are looking for unidentified burglar who broke into the home of a Kuwaiti police officer in Omariya and escaped with expensive watches and jewelry, reports Al-Shahed daily. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.

 ‘Deportee’ caught: Officers at the Kuwait International Airport recently prevented an Australian man of Arab origin from entering the country because he had been deported from the country 15 years ago for possessing alcohol, reports Al-Rai daily. The passenger was sent back to the country from where he arrived in Kuwait.
