Pakistani beaten, robbed of cash, Civil ID, two phones Thief caught red-handed

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 2: Police are looking for unidentified persons for assaulting a Pakistani and robbing his credit card, KD 140, civil ID and two cell phones, reports Al-Shahed daily. The Pakistani, who is in his 30s, told police he was robbed in Khaitan while he was walking towards his home. The complainant has submitted a medical report showing injuries on his body. Meanwhile, the Farwaniya police have arrested a GCC citizen for attempting to break into a company in Al-Riqqa, reports Al-Anba daily. The thief, who is in his 40s and a criminal past, was caught red-handed while attempting to break the lock on the door of the company. Police have allegedly seized from him a bunch of keys of different shapes and sizes.

House broken into: Police are looking for an unidentified burglar for breaking into house of GCC citizen in Rumaithiya and stealing KD 3,200 cash, official documents and cheques, reports Al-Rai daily. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.

Weird actions: The Kuwait International Airport police have arrested an unidentified person who was acting weird while in transit, reports Al-Shahed daily.
