Violators warned

 KUWAIT CITY, Dec 11: Minister of Commerce and Industry Anas Al-Saleh recently took decisions on the closure and issuance of warnings to companies proven to have committed violations, reports Al-Seyassah daily quoting sources. Sources disclosed ministerial decision number 104/2013 is about the issuance of warnings to erring factories and companies to rectify their mistakes; otherwise, the most severe sanction will be imposed on them. Sources said the grace period for violators is 15 days, starting from Sunday — the day the decision was published in the official newspaper.

Sources added the Permanent Committee for Industrial Violations has also presented its recommendations regarding the issue. According to sources, the erring companies that were given warnings include the Top Industries Company for Kashi Production which illegally installed a connection to the Ministry of Public Works desalination network and Abdullah Essa Abdullah Factory for Soap Production that committed the same violation.
