25 juveniles were arrested in Salwa and Bayan for driving recklessly without licenses
‘Parents must stop children from driving without license’

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 5: Hawally securitymen led by Head of Hawally Traffic Department Lt Colonel Saad Al-Rujeib launched several traffic campaigns near a number of schools in Hawally Governorate during which they arrested 25 juveniles in Salwa and Bayan areas. Two among them were arrested for driving recklessly while the rest were arrested for driving without drivers’ licenses, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

Sources stressed that the campaign was launched with the aim of reducing the number of traffic violations observed near the schools of the governorate as well as protecting the lives of Kuwaiti citizens and expatriates. Meanwhile, Media Security Department has launched an awareness campaign through which it urged parents to stop their children from driving without drivers’ licenses and advise them against driving recklessly so that they do not cause any traffic accidents and are not subjected to any legal measures against them.
