Kuwaiti abducts, locks up 8, sexually assaults 2 Filipinas

KUWAIT CITY, May 12:  A Kuwaiti allegedly detained eight Filipino women inside a flat in Hawally where he raped two of them and molested the others.
A lawyer appointed by the Embassy of the Philippines filed a complaint at the Hawally Police Station, claiming the accused has abducted six Filipino women.  However when the officers raided the flat, they found eight women inside.
During interrogation, two of the women said the suspect raped them while he molested the others.  The suspect was arrested and referred to the Public Prosecution for the necessary legal action.

Fuel station robbed: An unidentified person threatened cashier of a petrol pump in Sulaibiya area at gunpoint and robbed the station of KD 1,500.
In his complaint to officers at the Sulaibiya police station, the cashier said the thief raided his office carrying a gun and ordered him to bring out all money inside the safe. He is said to have threatened to shoot the cashier if he refused his instruction.
The suspect fled the scene after the incident.
The complainant provided police the description of the suspect, and a case was registered for investigation to trail him.
