These days I am facing a problem in parking my car in my building. Everybody has his own parking space except me because I bought a car only four months ago. I have been paying KD 5 each month for the parking space since I came to the building, even when I didn’t have a car.

Now what is happening is that everyone has two or 3 cars and they are not leaving a space for me. Please guide me on how I can get my parking place? Should I talk to the landlord or his representative?

Answer: No one can take the parking space allotted to you without your permission, not even the landlord or his representative because you are paying for the space.
First go to the landlord’s representative and check about your parking space and if it is vacant just park your vehicle in it. If anyone objects refer that person to the landlord after telling him the space has been allotted to you.
If the space is not vacant, ask the harris or the landlord to have it vacated. It is your right and you should not back down.
