Worker falls to death at Grand Mosque Two Kuwaitis die in accidents

KUWAIT CITY, March 18: An Egyptian worker fell to his death from the Grand Mosque in downtown Kuwait City.
The Egyptian reportedly lost his balance and fell to his death while carrying out renovation work on the Mosque.
Meanwhile, the Ahmadi traffic police during surprise campaigns last weekend, mainly on the Makkah Street in Fahaheel have issued 246 citations and impounded 14 vehicles, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. The daily did not give more details.

In another incident two Kuwaiti citizens died due to two traffic accidents that occurred on Monday.
In details, a Kuwaiti citizen succumbed to severe head and chest injuries which he sustained when his vehicle collided with another on King Abdulaziz Road.
When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the accident, firefighters along with securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location and pulled the trapped driver out of the vehicle. They examined him and discovered that he had died due to severe head and chest injuries. His corpse was referred to the Forensics Department while the driver of the other vehicle was referred to Adan Hospital for treatment of the injuries he sustained.
Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti citizen sustained head injuries and died when his vehicle collided with another on Ghazali Road. His corpse was referred to the Forensics Department.
