On his part, Dr Ibrahim Hadi, Secretary General of Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialization (KIMS), affirmed in a speech, on behalf of Minister Al-Haifi, the ministry’s support of these kinds of medical, clinical, and scientific conferences which contribute to scientific and academic development, and refine expertise among medical physicians.
