‘Girl’s death natural, don’t blame teacher’ ‘Photos must on traveling kids IDs’

KUWAIT CITY, March 16: Father of the late schoolgirl, Nora Al-Dasam, has stated that his daughter’s death was natural and she wasn’t suffering from any heart disease. He denied his daughter was harmed or beaten by her teacher, reports Al-Anba daily.

The father, Ali Al-Dasam, said the Minister of Education related the circumstance leading to the death of his daughter, and it did not contradict his own findings or those of the school teachers.

He added Director of the Educational Directorate and several other officials from the ministry of education have offered their condolences to the mother. He pointed out that rumors about the death of his daughter have become detrimental and increased the impact of the tragedy.

Meanwhile, the Director of Nuwaiseeb border post Colonel Mosaed Al- Najdi has said the major challenge they face is when some travelers present Civil IDs of their children that carry no pictures, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.

Al-Najdi said kids traveling are allowed to use passports that have their photos or Civil IDs with their photos, indicating most travelers do not know this important requirement.
