In light of the increasing popularity of Japanese pop-culture among Kuwaitis, the Embassy of Japan is organizing a two-day "Japanese Manga Diwaniya," consisting of "Manga Slide Show & Talk" and "Manga Workshop" on March 13 and 14.
Manga is the Japanese cartoon and a veteran Manga artist Ms Keiko Ichiguchi is coming to the Diwaniya to introduce Manga culture upon the request of Government of Japan.

A slide show of Ms Ichiguchi's Manga works will be presented on a theatre screen, followed by her talk on a Japanese Manga artist life.
n Manga Workshop "How to Draw Manga"
Date: March 14; Time: from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm; Venue: Gulf University for Science & Technology, classroom N5-101
Registration is required to attend the workshop due to limited seats.
