To mark the celebration of the 2013 Journee internationale de la Francophonie, Embassies of Canada, France, Switzerland,  Senegal and Belgium in addition to the InstitutFrancaisdu Koweit (French Institute in Kuwait) and LyceeFrancaisde Koweitreunite to present arange of unique cultural events throughout the month of March.
This rich varied program includes the following elements:
13 March – Address /debate
With French Award winning writer Jerome Ferrari (Goncourt prize 2012 ), organised by Institutfrancais du Koweit (French Institute in Kuwait) and LyceeFrancais de Koweit, the conference will be in French at the Amricani Centre – Dar Al Athar Al-Islamiyyah (Kuwait City – Gulf Road)  at 6:45pm.
18 March – Musical concert
A chamber musical concert by Pianist ManonGertsch & Cellist Cecile Tacier organised by Embassy of Switzerland at the Al-Babtain Central Library at 7:30 pm
Francophone Film Festival
Incendies (Canada) on 20 March, 2013 at 7 pm. 
Un homme qui crie (Tchad – Belgium – France) on 27 March, 2013 at 6 pm.
L’Exercice de l’Etat (France) on 27 March, 2013 at 8 pm
The movies are In French with English Subtitles at the Laila Gallery Cinema (Salmiya)
