Bid to abduct Nepali woman foiled
KUWAIT CITY, March 12: Police have arrested a 67-year-old Yemeni and are looking for another for attempting to kidnap a Nepali housemaid while she was on her way to a grocery in Khaitan, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to security sources a Kuwaiti man called the police when he saw two people attempting to force the maid into their car and the latter ran into the grocery.
When police interrogated the grocer he gave police details about the Yemeni who was arrested and taken to a police station.
During interrogation he admitted to the charge and gave police information about his accomplice.
