ABK awards customer service employees

Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait awarded its customer service employees for their hard work, commitment, and impressive performance in 2012. ABK employees were commended for understanding their crucial role in customer care and maintaining premium standards in catering to customer needs. ABK’s main branch hosted a special event to celebrate being awarded First Place for Best Customer Service in Retail Banking category from Service Hero. At the occasion, Colin Plowman, Chief General Manager and Chief Executive Officer thanked staff for their dedication and exceptional performance. Expressing his gratitude to the staff for their unique role in the Bank’s growth Plowman spoke encouraging words of advice to them, and said “ABK celebrates your commitment and performance that has won us the Service Hero Award”.  


During the commemorative event attended by Stewart Lockie, General Manager, Retail, Bader Al Turkait, Assistant General Manager, Retail, Ali Al Sammak, Manager of Customer Service and other ABK officials, Plowman concluded his inspiring speech by saying “At ABK we appreciate the work of every employee and understand the importance of their role. We express our deep appreciation to each and every one of them, and hope they will be motivated to continue their exemplary performance.” At the event different awards ‘Best Employees of the Year for Customer Service’, ‘Best Branch of 2012’ and ‘Best Employee’ were rewarded to the staff. ABK invests in enriching its employees’ banking skills to maintain high standards of customer care. The felicitation aimed to motivate the ABK team to be more productive in an environment that breeds healthy competition.
