Trio assaults Iranian in Salmiya - Steal KD 1,000 Syrian trio beat up Kuwaiti citizen, abuse country’s ruler

KUWAIT CITY, March 6: Three unknown individuals assaulted an Iranian expatriate in Salmiya and stole KD 1,000 from him after which they fled from the location.
The victim filed a case at Salmiya Police Station and investigations are going on to arrest the three suspects.
Meanwhile, an unknown individual broke into a famous restaurant in Salmiya and stole KD 300.
According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information from the restaurant manager about the burglary, securitymen rushed to the location along with officers from General Department for Criminal Evidences.
The manager informed them that KD 300 was missing from the till machine.
They lifted fingerprints and collected evidences. Investig-ations are ongoing to arrest the suspect.

Syrian trio beat up Kuwaiti: Three Syrians are alleged to have assaulted a Kuwaiti citizen in Khaitan area and abused the Amiri entity.
Security sources said the citizen filed a case and said three Syrians attacked and beat him when one of them abused the Amiri entity and he retaliated.
Acting on information, security operatives pursued the suspects and arrested them, and investigation revealed that two of them are brothers and the third person their friend. The suspects denied abusing the Amiri entity but they will remain in police custody until investigations are complete.
