German choco pie
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces German chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs beaten
Method: Melt chocolate with butter in a small pan and let cool. Mix sugar, vanilla, flour, pecans, salt and eggs then combine with chocolate mixture. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350 for 30 minutes then allow to cool.
