KUWAIT CITY, Feb 25, (Agencies): The Foreign Ministry has been in contact with the government authorities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) following the “tragic” death of a Kuwaiti student in the Emirate of Sharjah on Monday, a ministry official said.
Kuwaiti student Mubarak Mishal Mubarak was a “victim” of a “regrettable incident” which caused his death early today.
The ministry, soon after it was informed of the incident, contacted the UAE authorities concerned via the Consulate General and its Culture Office to know details of the incident and follow up the investigations.
The source commended cooperation shown by the UAE authorities who expressed readiness to inform the officials in the Consulate General over developments of investigation.
