KUWAIT CITY, Feb 23: An Iranian youth was arrested recently for spending a night with a 16-year-old Iranian girl, who was reported as missing by her mother, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. 

A security source revealed that the girl was found walking down a beach with two other girls. During interrogations, she confessed that she spent a night with an Iranian youth.

Securitymen notified the girl’s mother. However, instead of filing a complaint against the youth, the mother started negotiating with the youth’s mother about the money she should get for not filing the complaint.

When negotiations between the two mothers failed, securitymen arrested the youth and detained him in police custody for necessary legal action against him.

Meanwhile, an Iranian woman was reported as missing by her daughter at Maidan Hawally Police Station, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.

The girl informed securitymen that her mother had left the house to go to a market in a taxi; however, she failed to return home after two days, adding that they were unable to find her after conducting searches.
A case was registered for investigations.
