Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 3/4 cup pineapple juice
• 2 teaspoons oil

Method:
Mix juice and cornstarch. Heat oil in a small saucepan and add remaining ingredients and cornstarch mixture. Cook over medium to medium high heat, stirring until sauce thickens.
