KUWAIT CITY, Feb 6: Police have arrested a Pakistani man for possessing 31 grams of heroin (31 sachets each containing one gram of heroin), reports Al-Shahed daily.
The suspect was picked up by a police patrol while on routine duty in Farwaniya. He was seen hiding something under a water cooler in front of a school.
During interrogation police discovered he was working for an unidentified Central Prison inmate who is serving a life term for trafficking in drugs.

Two caught drunk: Police have arrested two young men for consuming alcohol, reports Al-Rai daily.
The arrest came after passersby saw them dancing and singing to the loud music played on a car radio behind a private hospital in Salmiya and called the Operations Department of the Interior Ministry.
After police arrested them, one of the youths claimed he and his companion are policemen.
However, they turned out to be criminals and had earlier been arrested for drinking alcohol and causing trouble.
