Egyptian pesterer caught; Kuwaiti woman gets shock of life
KUWAIT CITY, Feb 5: An Egyptian expatriate was arrested recently for bothering a Kuwaiti businessman by calling him daily.
According to security sources, the Kuwaiti businessman informed Abdullah Al-Salem Police Station about an unknown individual contacting him daily and bothering him, due to which he had to keep his mobile phone switched off.
Securitymen retrieved details of the suspect and discovered he is an Egyptian expatriate. They arrested him and detained him in police custody for necessary legal action against him.

In her complaint to the police the woman said her husband told her he was traveling to Dubai and needed her ATM card because he was running short of money.
However, when she got an SMS three days later that her husband had used KD 3,000 of her money, she got the shock of her life.
She got another shock when she discovered the money was withdrawn from a bank in Morocco. The wife added when she called her husband, he said he lost the money gambling.
Kuwaiti held for drugs: A Kuwaiti citizen was arrested recently in Riggae for consumption and possession of hashish.
According to security sources, while securitymen were patrolling Riggae, they noticed an individual driving his Japanese-made vehicle in an unsteady manner. They stopped him and checked his details to discover he is a Kuwaiti citizen.
Sensing his disoriented state, they checked the vehicle and found a cigarette containing hashish.
He was arrested and referred to the Directorate General for Drug Control for necessary legal action against him.
