KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: The security authorities have arrested four people in connection with the fake video which was posted on the Internet website, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
Two of the men are employees of the Ministry of Defence and the other two are just accomplices. The arrested military men are – one of them the man seen wearing a military uniform hanging from a rope and the other who shot the clip – the other two civilians arrested are just friends.
The daily added, both men have been fired from the ministry and more disciplinary action is awaited.
During interrogation the men have admitted to the act and said they did it just for fun.
Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti man, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a missing persons report on his brother with the Sabah Al-Salem Police Station, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to the complainant, his brother works for the General Administration of Fire Department.
The brother said his sibling left the house Monday, Jan 21, 2013 for work and has not returned home since then.
He added, he searched for his brother at all the places he frequented and even his place of work but with no result.
And, police are looking for an unidentified person for stealing a luxurious car belonging to a Kuwaiti man, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to the complainant the car was parked in front his home. Police are looking for the thief.

4 held with drugs :  Police have arrested four people - three Kuwaitis youths and an Egyptian teenager (16 years old) - for possessing and consuming hashish, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to security sources the suspects were in a vanette which was parked in front of a cafe in Salmiya.
The daily added the youths were arrested on suspicion because they looked nervous when they saw the police and police discovered they were under the influence of drugs.
Police then searched their vehicle and seized the drugs and drug-consuming tools. They have been handed over to the General Department for Drug Control.
Meanwhile, Police have arrested an unidentified Asian man with 26 bottles of locally-made alcohol, reports Al-Anba daily. According to security sources the suspect was driving along the road in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and police arrested him for reckless driving.
While checking his driving licence and civil ID police got the smell of alcohol. The police then searched the car and seized the bottles of booze. The contraband and the suspect have been referred to the competent authority.
And, the Farwaniya police have arrested a Kuwaiti man for driving under the influence of drugs and possessing drugs, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to security sources the suspect was caught while driving along the Sixth Ring Road. He was speeding and a police patrol on duty chased the man and ordered him to pull over.
When patrolmen felt the man disoriented they searched him and seized from him three sachets of heroin.
The drugs and the suspect have been handed over to the General Department for Drug Control.
