 Posture is the window to the spine. If posture is out of balance, then the spine is out of balance, putting unhealthy pressure upon your nervous system. This can lead to tension, soreness, headaches, back pain and fatigue.
Postural imbalance also compresses your internal organs, reducing their efficiency and normal function. This may cause such issues as respiratory problems, chest tightness, high blood pressure or poor digestion.
Some of us are beginning to feel the weary signs of ageing. Just by maintaining a good posture, taking deep breaths and looking calm, you can regain your poise and look healthy and strong.
