KUWAIT CITY, July 20: Ahmadi securitymen arrested 11 Asian expatriates, three prostitutes and eight of their clients after they raided a brothel in the area, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. According to security sources, after Ahmadi securitymen received information about the illegal activities of the suspects, they obtained a warrant and raided the apartment. They arrested the occupants and confiscated equipments that were used for brewing liquor in the apartment.

The arrested individuals were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.
Meanwhile, Ahmadi securitymen arrested 11 domestic workers who did not have their identification documents, after they raided a number of domestic labor offices, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. The arrested women have been referred to the police station of the area for necessary legal action against them.

In another development, an Arab expatriate was arrested recently for begging in front of a bank in Jahra, reports Alam Alyawm daily. According to sources, officers from the General Department for Criminal Evidences discovered that the beggar was disguised in women clothing and a veil. He was referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him.
