KUWAIT CITY, Dec 29: Civil Service Commission (CSC) has issued a directive to all governmental agencies directing employees to follow instructions and be of good conduct, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily quoting sources.
The same sources added that the circular aims to restore the citizens’ trust in employees of the government sector. It stipulates that allowances and promotions must be granted according to law and superiors must not deal with other employees based on nationality or personal traits.
Also, employees are required be committed to all internal rules and regulations of their places of work, and be well kept, indicating those defying the rules to disrespect their superiors or colleagues will be strictly reprimanded.
