Green chicken curry
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 500 g canned bamboo shoots
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp green curry paste
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
Method:
Slice chicken. Drain bamboo shoots. In a pot bring 5 tbsp coconut milk to boil. Add curry paste and stir. Cook for one minute. Add chicken, bamboo shoots, fish sauce, sugar, rest of the coconut milk and a little bit water and simmer for ten minute.
