Mints candy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 5 to 6 cups powdered sugar
- Mint flavoring and color
Method: Mix butter, sugar add cream, mint flavoring mix well. Roll in marble size balls, roll in granulated sugar or Jello, press into mold, turn mold over, tap gently to release. Let air dry for a few hours to harden.
