KUWAIT CITY, Dec 9: The Appeals Court presided over by Justice Salem Khudair upheld the ruling of the Court of First Instance that sentenced to death a Pakistani expatriate accused of killing his girlfriend.

According to the case file, a quarrel broke out between the accused and the victim on Feb 27, 2010, and the accused strangled the victim with his hands, killing her instantly.

Later, the accused hid the body inside a black bag and dumped it behind his brother’s apartment in Hawalli area.
