 Refrigerate a fruit smoothie for an hour and then apply the mixture to your body. Leave the mixture on your skin for 30 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. A good fruity combination for this is pineapple, grapes, banana, kiwi and melon.

This particular combination of fruits helps get rid of dead skins cells and dirt, has an anti-inflammatory effect and also contains loads of vitamins and nutrients that help keep skin smooth and soft.
